Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-09

This policy explains what information VPNDX processes while providing its cross-border network acceleration service, why it is processed, how long it is kept, and how users can delete it.

Scope

This policy covers the vpndx.com website, the VPNDX user panel, and use of the service through the Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux clients.

The website pages cover plans, routes, and how-to guides; the user panel is where you register, place orders, retrieve your subscription, and open support tickets. This policy applies to both.

By visiting the website or using the service, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy. If you disagree with any part of it, please stop using the service and request account deletion through the ticket section of the user panel.

Data Collection and Use

VPNDX collects only the information needed to keep the service running, with nothing gathered beyond what the business requires. There are four categories:

  • Account information: username and password. Registration does not require an email address — a username and password are enough. Passwords are never stored in plain text and are used only to verify sign-in.
  • Order and subscription records: the plan or data package purchased, the amount, the order time, the status returned by the payment channel, and the subscription's expiry date. These are used to activate routes, reconcile billing, and handle 30-day refund requests.
  • Support tickets and messages: fault descriptions, screenshots, and follow-up replies that users submit voluntarily, used only to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Visit statistics: aggregated data such as page views, referral source, and device and browser type, used to understand traffic and improve content. Statistics are reported in aggregate and are not used to identify any individual.

The service does not require your real name, ID number, home address, or any other identity documents.

No-Logs Stance

The service does not record which websites users visit through the routes, does not store browsing destinations, DNS query contents, or connection logs, and does not link route usage to an account.

On the route side, only the information needed to maintain connections and billing is kept: data usage (to track plan allowances), whether a connection was established successfully, and the remaining validity period of the plan. This information is used for billing and troubleshooting, not to analyze what users access.

What is not stored

Destination website addresses, DNS query contents, and connection logs. On the route side, only the data usage and plan status needed for billing are kept.

One boundary to note: the contents of support tickets users submit and the order statuses returned by payment channels are kept for the periods described below. Neither counts as a connection log.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website uses a small number of cookies and browser local storage entries, for three purposes only:

  • Language preference: remembers the interface language a visitor selects, so the next visit opens directly in that language.
  • Sign-in state: the user panel stores sign-in credentials in browser local storage to keep you logged in; they expire when you sign out or clear your browser data.
  • Visit statistics: used to distinguish unique visits, not for cross-site tracking.

This site does not use third-party advertising cookies and does not sell or share visit data with advertising platforms. Visitors can clear cookies and local storage in their browser settings; after clearing, you will need to sign in again and the language preference returns to its default.

Payment Handling

Payments are completed through three channels: Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. Payment takes place on the respective channel's page or app; the service does not obtain or store payment account credentials, bank card details, or wallet private keys.

From payment channels, the service receives only the order result: order number, amount, payment status, and payment time. These fields are used to activate plans, reconcile accounts, and process refund requests.

If you have questions about the payment status of an order, open a support ticket in the user panel and include the order number and payment time.

Data Retention, Deletion and Policy Updates

Retention periods

  • Account information: kept until the account is closed.
  • Orders and payment results: kept for the period required for transaction records, used for reconciliation and refund checks, then deleted or anonymized.
  • Support ticket records: kept for a period after closure to help with similar issues, then deleted.
  • Visit statistics: aggregated data that does not point to any individual.

How to request deletion

Submit an account closure request through the ticket section of the user panel, stating the username to be closed. Once verified, account information and subscription records are handled according to the periods above; transaction records that must be kept for legal or tax reasons are retained separately until those periods end.

Policy updates

If this policy changes, the last-updated date at the top of the page will be revised; material changes to the scope or purpose of data processing will be explained in a site announcement. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated policy.
